Derived from the TEACCH approach, this training equips staff with practical strategies to create organsied learning systems – structured, predictable learning environments for autistic / neurodiverse pupils.
The programme introduces key principles of the approach (including visual supports, task organisation and independent work systems) helping teachers to design workstations that promote clarity, reduce anxiety, and build learner autonomy and independence.
Through modelling, resources, and hands-on activities, the training supports practitioners to confidently implement structured teaching in their classrooms, ensuring pupils can access learning in a way that is meaningful and manageable.
