Instream Partnership was established in March 2003 by Luke Travis and Gary Nield.
Gary has managed his own Direct Payments and Personal Assistants since 1995, so we know the problems people face when choosing to manage their own funding and support.
We will help in all matters arising from employing personal assistants and management of funding, whether the funding is from PHB’s, Individualised Budgets, Direct Payments, Self-funding packages, or Access to work.
We customise our support to the individual needs and support people with any level of support.
