Diversity Role Models actively seek to embed inclusion and empathy in the next generation. Our vision is a world where everyone embraces diversity and can thrive. This will help create a world where future generations embrace, accept and support difference. Our mission is to create an education system in which every young person will know they are valued and supported, whoever they are.

Parent and Carer Training

Parents and carers play a key role in shaping and supporting young people’s opinions and attitudes. Led jointly by a trained facilitator and a representative from the school, this workshop will help parents understand the work the school is doing to be more inclusive, why it is important, and how they can support young people to develop empathy, inclusive behaviours, and embrace diversity.
