Crossroads Care in Greater Manchester is a registered charity which provides practical and emotional support to people who are responsible for the care of children, young adults, adults or older people at home, who have:
- a physical/sensory disability
- learning difficulty
- who are chronically ill
- life limiting illnesses
At Crossroads Together, we offer a range of services to support families of children with complex needs, including; respite breaks, activity groups and home based care. If your child has been diagnosed with an illness, disability or sensory impairment and needs extra support on a daily basis, we can help.
